Hi, I'm Roy. I've spent over a decade making rentals earn more.
I'm a vacation rental consultant based in Ottawa, Canada. I started as an owner-operator, building and managing 72 of my own properties, before becoming the person other hosts call when they want serious results.
As a Booking.com Preferred Partner, Airbnb Superhost, Hostaway Premium Partner and PriceLabs expert, and a daily user of VRBO, Expedia, Beyond Pricing and Wheelhouse, I bring insider access and tested, real-world strategy to every engagement. My clients span Canada, the USA, New Zealand, Bali and Europe, and the goal stays the same: a higher return on your investment.
I've done this, not just advised on it
Anyone can read a pricing dashboard. I've run 72 of my own listings through real seasons, market swings and tough guests, so I know what moves revenue and what only looks good in a report.
- ROI-obsessed. I optimize for profit, not vanity occupancy
- Premium & efficient. Experience means faster, sharper results
- Insider access. Preferred-partner status & the major tools
- Global perspective. Daily work across five continents
Trusted by hosts who refuse to settle
Roy isn't cheap, and he tells you that up front, but he made it back in the first month. Our revenue is up sharply and I finally understand my own pricing.
We brought Roy in for our 7-listing portfolio. The Hostaway setup and pricing overhaul paid for itself almost immediately. Easily our best consulting spend.
Ten years of experience shows. He moved faster than the two consultants we tried before, and the occupancy on our slow season is unrecognizable.
