This policy explains what personal information JSTLIKEHOME collects, why, who we share it with, and how you can see, correct or delete it. JSTLIKEHOME is the operating name of 9044051 Canada Inc., based in Ottawa, Ontario.
Who is responsible
Roy Younes is responsible for protecting personal information at JSTLIKEHOME and handles every privacy request himself.

What we collect
- When you book a call: your name, email address and anything you write in the booking form. Calendly runs the booking calendar for us.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever your message contains.
- When you become a client: contact and business details (including company and tax numbers where an agreement or invoice needs them), the listing, pricing and booking information we work with in your accounts, and our contracts and invoices.
- When you visit the site, and only if you accept cookies: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, collected by Google Analytics. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses.
- Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We collect only what a task needs, we do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Why we use it
- To answer your questions and schedule calls.
- To deliver the services you hire us for, and to invoice for them.
- To keep the business and tax records the law requires.
- To learn which pages help visitors, if you accept analytics cookies.
Who we share it with
Only with the services that run this business, each for its own task:
- Vercel hosts the website and client portal.
- GitHub stores the website and client portal files in a private repository.
- Google Workspace provides our email.
- Calendly runs the booking calendar.
- Google Analytics measures site traffic, only with your consent.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces. Your browser requests the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address. Google Fonts does not set cookies.
- PandaDoc handles electronic signatures on client agreements.
- Hostaway and the booking platforms you use hold the property data we work with on your behalf.
Several of these companies store data outside Canada, mostly in the United States, where it is subject to local law, including lawful access by authorities there.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become work: up to two years.
- Client records: for the length of the engagement, then six years, as Canadian tax law requires.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, withdraw a consent you gave, or have it deleted. We answer within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as tax records.
To make a request, email the privacy contact with the subject line "Privacy request".
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Quebec residents can also contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, and residents of the European Union or the United Kingdom have the rights their own data protection laws give them.
Cookies and similar storage
Strictly necessary items are always on. Everything else stays off until you accept, and you can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Children
This site and our services are for property owners and businesses. They are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. The client portal is password protected, each client can open only their own area, and only Roy has administrative access.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date. Changes that affect existing clients will also be sent to them by email.
